Teaching Yogic Techniques for a Healthy & Meaningful Life

Many medical reports have come to the conclusion that unhealthy behaviour because of our modern lifestyles can lead to illness, disability and even death. People have now become more susceptible to a range of health-related issues like joint and skeletal problems, weaker bones & muscles, hypertension, poor blood circulation, metabolic & cardiovascular diseases and obesity.

All credit goes to sedentary lifestyle, which has affected people’s health to a great extent. Major factors like poor nutrition due to unhealthy diet, lack of exercise & sleep, increased stress, smoking, alcohol consumption, substance abuse and technology addiction have left people feel burnt out and anxious most of the time. Technological advancement has made life easier but it is also a bitter fact that it is costing us physically, psychologically and socially. We are living in a world where our simple pleasures and happiness are at stake. Hence, there is an urgent need to address these challenges effectively.

In light of this, Dr. Archika Foundation keeps organising meditation & yogic living sessions with the goal of introducing human beings to a healthy lifestyle. These sessions are proving to be a great help for those looking for an overall healthy life.

DAF has been offering these meditation sessions in all major cities of India and even abroad since its inception. We ran these sessions in a slow and phased manner, which eventually have grown exponentially covering almost all parts of the country.
