Dr. Archika Didi

Dr. Archika Didi is a meditation and spiritual visionary, a guide for mental wellness, and a philanthropist, holding a PhD in Meditation and Yogic Science. As the head of the Dr. Archika Foundation, she has been running various welfare programmes, particularly for economically disadvantaged communities.

Her vision of working for the upliftment of less-privileged people turned into a reality in 2013 with the establishment of her dream project – the Dr. Archika Foundation. Since then, she has been engaged in transforming lives across the nation. Her projects on women, children, and youth empowerment, along with various health programmes, are making a lasting impact on innumerable lives.

Dr Archika Foundation regularly organises free meditation and mental wellness workshops across India and globally, aimed at helping individuals build a balanced, focused, and resilient mindset. With + free meditation camps nationwide, including 1200+ dedicated to women in India and 500+ international workshops for women, we have impacted thousands of lives across diverse communities.

Our workshops are designed to help individuals:

DAF Awards & Recognition

SRI SHAKTI

As the name itself suggests, Shri Shakti is a programme dedicated to strengthening women financially, emotionally, and mentally – empowering them to lead confident, balanced, and self-reliant lives. This programme undertakes various initiatives to promote their financial freedom, self-defence, and sound mental and psychological well-being.

  • Over 1200 free meditation camps in India and 500+ abroad have been organised for women.
  • Approximately 2000 women and girls have received vocational training and are now leading self-reliant lives.
  • Over 1000 widows from below poverty line families receive monthly groceries.
  • Hundreds of girls and women have received self-defence training.
