Labour reciprocate our dreams into reality
Happy Labour Day
Any organization in this world works on two important factors, 1. Customers and 2. Labour. One can have a lot of customers but if one misses on hard-working employees, the organisation would fall apart. While employees are a major part of an organisation, there are a lot of other unsung heroes without whom our lives would not have been possible. These include our brave soldiers, social workers, sewage cleaners, janitors and so on. There are many people who have petty jobs but are an integral part of our daily routine. Honouring such people, we celebrate Labour Day.
Labour Day originated from labour union movement in the late 19th century. It advocated 8 hours of work, 8 hours of rest and 8 hours of recreational work. Each year, most of the countries celebrate Labour Day on 1st May, which is also International Workers' Day.
Many companies observe the day by providing their employees with perks. It is a day dedicated to honouring every working individual. It is a day to pay our homage to those who lost their lives on the line of their duties.
Let’s come together and pay our respect to all hard-working employees, who go unnoticed. It is time to show our gratitude towards their important role in our society.
